AQ test

The Autism Spectrum Quotient, or AQ, is a questionnaire published in 2001 by Simon Baron-Cohen and his colleagues at the Autism Research Centre in Cambridge, UK. Consisting of fifty multiple choice questions, it aims to investigate whether adults of average intelligence have symptoms of autism or one of the other autism spectrum conditions.
Many people use the test for self diagnosis. It is not designed to provide a definatve diagnosis; you will have to have a formal assessment for that. It can however help confirm if it is worth trying to get a formal assessment and could strenghthen your case for a referal.
